6.18.25 SENATE CANCELLATION MEMO

The Homecoming Commission met today and finalized the following allocations for this upcoming Homecoming cycle.

In total, the $292,350 allocated to the Homecoming line item for the 2025-2026 fiscal year will be broken down as follows:

1. $17,000 to the Student Alumni Association for Expenses
2. $275,350 to Homecoming and Homecoming Live with:

• $4,250 allocated in the Food category
• $15,100 allocated in the Clothing and Awards category
• $248,650 allocated in the Expense category
• $7,350 allocated in the OPS wages category, with recipients prescribed in the annual budget proviso
