The Executive Director oversees the operations of MHC, ensuring the efficiency of the executive board and the success of its initiatives. Responsibilities include leading executive board meetings, coordinating with the MHC advisor and executive board members, and tracking the progress of MHC initiatives. They help maintain structure and accountability within the team.
