Public Notice: Application COGS Presentation and Attendance Grants for the next funding period (March 1st - June 30th ) will be open on February 1st. APPLICATION UPDATE: Attendance and Presentation Grants application portals are no longer separate. Instead, select if requesting funds for presentation or attendance within the new consolidated COGS Conference Support Grant Application Portal.

Budget Packets for the 2025-2026 fiscal year (July 2025-June 2026) are due NO LATER than noon, Friday, February 21st, 2024. Late or incomplete packets will not be accepted. Hearings and deliberations will be held every school day from Wednesday, February 26th to Thursday, March 6th. A link to set preferences is included on the page after you submit your request. Please save that link. Please have a 20-minute time slot in mind for one or two of these dates. If you do not sign up for a Budget Hearing, we will assign you a date and time where you must have a representative from your organization attend. The COGS Quarterly Newsletter seeks to keep graduate students updated on the Congress’s recent funding efforts and campus activities, as well as provide information on what we do and how students can get involved. It also highlights events hosted by members in the graduate school and deadlines for graduate students to help them be aware of what is occurring throughout the semester. The archives below contain every issue published since the first issue was created in April 2018. More recent newsletters, beginning publication in 2021, provide a QR code to let readers subscribe to the newsletter and provide feedback for the Congress.
