The Noles Engaged in Politics Program is a comprehensive professional development program hosted in the Fall of each year by the Office of Governmental Affairs. This program is specifically designed to engage and educate students on politics and government systems, current issues to Florida and the higher education system, as well as provide leadership and mentorship opportunities for students on campus and at the Capitol.
A NEP participant can expect classes to include guest speakers, curriculum on florida government, lessons on professionalism and networking skills, as well as the opportunity to lobby at the Florida Capitol during FSU Day on pressing issues to the student body.
Not sold? Noles Engaged in Politics has placed dozens of students in internships all across state and local government including the Senate President, Speaker of the House and Governor's Office.
