Chief Administrative Officer: VACANT
The Chief Administrative Officer shall report directly to the Student Body Vice-President. This individual will manage and lead the Executive Office of the Vice-President’s staff, represent the Student Body Vice-President to internal Student Government entities, and coordinate and work on behalf of the Student Body Vice-President on Executive Projects. Furthermore, the Chief Administrative Officer will be responsible for ensuring that files, records, and documents are tracked and accounted for as well as ensuring the completion of initiatives led by the Student Body Vice-President. .
Deputy Chief Administrative Officer: VACANT
The Deputy Chief Administrative Officer shall report directly to the Chief Administrative Officer. This individual will assist in the overall management and coordination of the Vice-President’s staff, and assist the Chief Administrative Officer with his or her duties as assigned. This individual shall also be incharge of enforcing policies put in place by the Executive Branch and oversee the Executive Branch Internship Program.
Director of Internal Affairs: VACANT
The Director of Internal Affairs shall report directly to the Chief Administrative Officer. This individual shall be in charge of supporting the Student Government Agencies and the Agencies respective Affiliates if applicable. In this role, the Director of Internal Affairs will be tasked with evaluating and assessing the work being done by the Agencies and their respective Affiliates and formulate plans to support and assist them in achieving their individual goals throughout the year. This individual shall be in charge of supporting the Student Government Bureaus and Institutes, Class Councils, and Student Government entities as assigned. In this role, the Director of Internal Affairs will be tasked with evaluating and assessing the work being done by the Bureaus, Institutes, and Class Councils and formulate plans to support and assist them in achieving their individual goals throughout the year.
Director of Activities & Student Programming: VACANT
The Director of Activities & Student Programming shall report directly to the Chief Administrative Officer. The Director of Activities & Student Programming shall lead or assist with any programming effort of the Executive Branch, including providing support to the agencies, bureaus, and projects if requested. This individual shall also be responsible for coordinating the Executive Branch by leading the effort of initiatives and project completion assigned to them.
Activities & Student Programming Assistant: VACANT
The Activities & Student Programming Assistant shall report directly to the Director of Activities & Student Programming. The Activities & Student Programming Assistant shall help the Director of Activities and Student Programming lead or assist with any programming effort of the Executive Branch, including providing support to the Agencies, Bureaus, Institutes, Class Councils and projects if requested. This individual will support the Director of Activities & Student Programming upon their guidance.
Director of Project Development & Strategic Planning: VACANT
The Director of Project Development & Strategic Planning shall report directly to the Student Body Vice-President. This individual shall be tasked with performing regular internal and external assessments of Student Government Executive Projects and individual positions within the Executive Branch. This individual will review project proposals, oversee risk management, as well as conduct project research and evaluations within the Executive Branch. The Director of Project Development & Strategic Planning shall also be in charge of developing, facilitating, and administering a leadership curriculum focusing on the internal development within Student Government for external service. The Director of Project Development & Strategic Planning will be tasked with making and leading workshops, boosting morale through leadership exercises, and educating members of Student Government by providing them with the tools and resources to best perform in their respective role.
Director of Student Engagement: VACANT
The Director of Student Engagement shall report directly to the Student Body Vice-President. This individual shall be in charge of facilitating and maintaining a relationship between Student Government Officials, Registered Student Organizations, Direct Support Organizations, and other entities of Student Life as assigned to further promote and improve the working relationship between students and their respective involvements. This individual shall lead the effort in overall student outreach and assist the Student Body Vice-President in their effort to support overall Student Life.
