The tasks and responsibilities program facilitators are primarily:

· Creating a student agenda for each participant AND a detailed, Minute By Minute agenda for each member of the leadership team and the advisors.

· Contact any campus partners well over a month in advance at the very minimum to request their attendance in a workshop. Also contact campus guest one week before scheduled presentation to confirm their attendance.

· Send Thank You letters/emails to campus guests.

· Confirm reservation of rooms with advisors.

· Ensure that if printed materials, laptop, cables, and props are needed for the workshop, that they are accounted for and brought.

· Send structure preview email before workshops, and help in the creation of tentative overall program outline. Ensuring we have engaging, accurate, relevant information to fill workshop times.

· Assist in creating a detailed Master Syllabus to be given to participants in very first workshop with all expectations and responsibilities needed to graduate from program explained.

· Be in constant communication with Director/Assistant Director/Advisors about leadership team, participants, scheduling and other concerns.

· Hold meetings with fellow facilitators or participants (if it is needed). Afterwards, report information to Director/Assistant Director/Advisors.

· Hold everyone accountable for deadlines.

· Check TLI email frequently, if not daily.

This person will maintain the social media sites (WSU Website, SGA, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram accounts) and work to market the agency through innovative ways. Write, recruit writers for articles, and edit “The Voice,” which is the Women Student Union newsletter and publish it on the website at least twice a semester.

Create and manage a database with contact information for on-campus organizations devoted to issues relating to women. Update the bulletin board with information from OWL affiliates. Include the organizations’ meetings and events on the OWL. Calendar that will be posted in the Women’s Center and on the website.

The Director shall preside over all Board, informational and general membership meetings and shall have the authority to call such meetings. This position shall execute and be responsible for submitting in a timely manner, all budget requests and other forms, documents and reports as required as well as reserve the right to delegate responsibilities to other Board members, within their respected positions, necessary for the growth of the AASU.

· Exercise the authority and duties of the Director in the absence of the Director. This position shall oversee all ad hoc and standing committees, assist the Director with the agency's daily operation, and update the Board with any new information and changes concerning AASU-related activities, functions and meetings. The Assistant Director will work with affiliate leadership and conduct monthly meetings set at least a week in advance, and act as a liaison between all of the affiliates of AASU, and set up internal affairs meetings as needed.

Posted 03/09/17 · Treasurer · Understands and works with the financial and accounting aspects of the organization; such as handling purchase orders, contractual negotiations and documents, managing and updating the AASU budget, and will work with the Director and the Assistant Director to ensure that appropriate financial reports are made available to the board on a timely basis as needed. Treasurer also works with the Director and Assistant Director on any financial presentations for the Student Government Association.

Posted 03/09/17 · Programming Coordinator · Is in charge of booking, managing room reservations for AASU events, completing event permits, well as the logistical planning and coordination of the event. This position is also in need of creative minds to contribute innovative events ideas to the executive board and requires someone with attention to detail, is a team player, and is comfortable with assigning and delegating tasks to the executive board and volunteers. Prior program or event planning experience is recommended.

Posted 03/09/17 · Public Relations Coordinator · Handles the production of all creative media (flyers, posters, etc.) and sending the finished product to the executive board, as well as Student Publications (3rd Floor of the Union) to print and cut. PR will oversee the multimedia committee for the production of videos and other subsequent promotional media, as well as the Social Media Team that manages all social media accounts associated with AASU (Facebook group/page, Twitter, and Instagram). Public Relations Coordinator is also in charge of interaction and retention of new membership and assist the planning social events.

Also works directly with the Assistant Director to help coordinate and organize the Leadership Exploration and Development (LEAD) Program which is AASU’s leadership development program. Also, the Education Coordinator will be AASU’s liaison and ambassador to future educational panels and tabling opportunities.
