Invitations to join the W.E.B. DuBois Honor Society are issued to eligible students during the fall semester of each academic year. In addition to completing the induction requirements, which vary with administration, student must meet the following criteria:

          • Candidates must have achieved sophomore standing
          • Candidates must be in the top 20% of their class and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3
          • Membership is open to all students of sound character as defined by the institution from all academic disciplines that meet the membership criteria
  • Membership is open to students from all academic disciplines
  • Eligible students will be invited at least once during each academic year Lifetime membership is conferred upon induction
