Recognized student organizations not funded by the annual budget or any other funding board or committee shall be eligible to receive funds from the two fund distribution committees. The committees will meet on a weekly basis for both fall and spring semesters. The chairs will announce the meeting time and location by the end of the first week of classes.
Organizations that received and spent A&S funds in the prior fiscal year may request up to $200 at the beginning of the fiscal year from the organizational fund for general organizational needs.
Distribution committees receive their allocations in a lump sum from the senate to distribute to organizations within the limits imposed upon them by the Student Body Statutes.

We will be having a PAC meeting tonight (Tuesday) at 6:00 in The Dean's Conference Room in the College of Business. This is located on the 3rd floor of Rovetta Building A (That is the one closer to the library). The attire is business casual. We need to meet at 6:00 because Senate has had to reschedule for tonight because of the holiday plan on Wednesday. Also, there is a tropical storm about to hit us. I'll send you an e-mail to let you know if the meeting is canceled (assume if classes are canceled, we won't have a meeting). Members, please continue to be on time and ready to ask insightful questions. Requesting RSOs, please be mindful of the committees time and arrive on time. Organizations, if you have supplemental material, please bring 10 copies for the committee.
