Chief Justice

The Student Body President appoints justices from among second- and third-year students at FSU’s College of Law. The Chief Justice appoints the Clerk of the Court, who can be any student, and the Florida State University Elections Commission, which is comprised of five students at FSU’s College of Law.

About Lindsay Kushner:

Lindsay is a second year law student from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. She graduated from Florida State University in 2011 with a degree in Accounting and Finance. During her undergraduate education, she was a four-year Senator in the FSU Student Senate, a member of Phi Mu Fraternity, and an FSU Majorette.

Lindsay is currently on the Florida State Law Review and the Executive Board of the Student Bar Association. She has also served on the Law School Council, the funding board for Law School RSOs. Her first year in law school, Lindsay served as the Deputy Clerk of Court for the Judicial Branch.
